Technology transfer activities at the STRIDE Center aim to provide research results to the broader transportation community such as federal and state agencies, private industries, academia and the general public. Such activities involve both the transfer of knowledge as well as the development of products through technology licensing, software development and creation of new businesses. STRIDE encourages researchers to identify, include and engage with stakeholders throughout the life of their projects to facilitate the adoption and deployment process of their products. Specific technology transfer activities include webinars, regional conferences, workshops, and seminars. The STRIDE Center also communicates the result of research with the broader transportation community via Facebook and Twitter.
