Instructions for Students (STRIDE Student Poster Showcase and Competition 2023)

Students who have a poster must attend the reception in person with the printed version of their poster. They must stand with their poster for the first hour of the event. STRIDE will provide easels and poster boards. Posters should be 24″ h x 36″ l.

Submission Instructions:

  1. Students will submit a PDF of their research poster and the MP4 file of their 3-minute presentation by 12/12/2022. PDFs should be no bigger than 10 MB, and the 3-minute MP4 video files no larger than 100 MB.
  2. Students can choose whichever preferred platform they desire to record their presentation, but it cannot be more than 3 minutes.
  3. The presentations and a PDF version of student posters will be posted on the 2023 Student Poster Showcase & Competition webpage (STRIDE Student Poster Showcase & Competition 2023).

  6. Students are to discuss their TRB-related travel with their advisers and the STRIDE representative at their respective institution.
  7. Due to venue space constraints, we are limiting the number of participating posters to the first 20 entries that we receive.
