Under the Council of University Transportation Centers (CUTC) New Initiatives program, the STRIDE Center has been awarded a grant to develop a 1-credit course to encourage students to consider transportation as a career. The course is scheduled for Fall 2022 and is designed for freshmen and sophomore students from all discipline areas within and outside engineering. However, all students (undergraduate and graduate) are welcomed to take the course. Each week, professionals from around the country will share with students their own experiences in the transportation industry. A wide range of topics will be covered including autonomous vehicle technology, data analytics, and climate change.
This course is made possible by support from the Council of University Transportation Centers (CUTC).
